Wire Electrical Discharge Machining

J & N Metal Products, LLC offers precision wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) services that can operate on both large and miniature sized components.  Upholding a tight (±) 0.0005 of an inch precision tolerance, we are able to drill into parts measuring up to seven inches thick.  We are able to cut features into your part measuring as low as .003 of an inch.  Our advanced wire EDM machine possesses a full five-axis cutting capacity and has an 11 x 7 x 7 inch work envelope.

Our ISO-compliant wire EDM operations allow us to form complex contours out of difficult to machine materials. This machinery has been used to manufacture a wide variety of products, such as, hydraulic and injection mold components, construction equipment, extrusion dies and form tools.  Equipped with CNC control capabilities, our EDM machinery has successfully met the needs of a diverse group of industries, including aerospace, appliance to HVAC and mining.
