2D and 3D Laser Cutting

J & N Metal Products, LLC operates only the newest and most advanced equipment available in our field. Our precision Mazak Super Turbo-X Champion and HyperTurbo-X CNC Laser cutting machines have a 60" X 120" cutting area and can cut up to 1.0" mild steel. Materials that are able to be cut include, but are not limited to the following: aluminum, cold rolled, stainless steel, carbon steel, hot rolled, inco 625 & 718, hastoloys, galvanized, hanes, wood, and even plastic materials. You can perform continuous cutting, without changing lenses or nozzles, on different materials of varying thickness. We also use the most advanced nesting software that will minimize wasted material while maximizing part yield per sheet.
